Working with organisations around the world, I help develop leaders who combine sharp business acumen and decision making with integrity, respect, and empathy for others. Prior to founding Liebfrog in 2015, I spent 16 years in an international career in a top 10 FTSE company, specialising in corporate comms, reputation management, and sustainability. I have worked across many different industries, including tech, financial services, law firms, retail, the automotive sector, entertainment, and the charity sector. I’ve a passion for understanding life from different perspectives. I have travelled to all 7 continents, worked across many different cultures and lived in Germany, the UK and the US. I’m infinitely curious about people, their views, their backgrounds and their ambitions, what drives and constrains them. Born and raised in Germany I now live in London/UK. I work in English and German.
