Karina Andersen

Karina has a deep passion for people and community development. Her passion has been instrumental in developing and facilitating the SmilingOne NPO Initiative, touching people's lives in challenged communities such as South African Prisons (2012 - their fifth year with hundreds of inmates in the process) and informal settlements in Cape Town (from 2009 - Re-Integration, Community and YOUTH).

"THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL is a responsibility manual - guiding and encouraging you to explore and consciously participate in the creation of your life!" The book/manual is used in all corporate, individual and community processes.

My journey began in the nutritional field focusing on cellular Nutrtition and guidance in making healthy choices. As the years went by, my experience grew and my Horizon became wider I found that it was important to not just focus on Nutritional Guidance - but also to guide in all life processes - c

Participated in Think-Tank for Stress-Coach Education in DK. Intensive market research on occupational stress in Denmark and Germany. These researches were used as vital data for the stress-responsibility-platform: www.stressansvarlighed.dk
