Previous study and analysis of the various banking restructuring options, to meet the successive capital and solvency requirements defined by European banking authorities for BMN. Full execution of the different steps of the restructuring process: Mandatory conversion of BMNs Convertible Bonds (Nov/2011) into new BMN shares. Sale of Caixa Penedés network to Banco Sabadell, including assets, liabilities, branches and employees. Conversion of FROBs preferred shares into BMN shares.

Main responsibility of the syndicated loans portfolio and project finance of the bank, playing also the rule of main contact person for all the national- and international financial institutions, in order to receive all ongoing trades of this kind. All trades were structured, analyzed and proposed to the Investment Committee of Sa Nostra in Palma. Over the period 2006-2008 leader of the “Internationalization Project”.

The mission as Head of International Sales was to increase the international clients portfolio, and more specifically international banks, savings banks, insurance companies and mutual funds. The objective was to present CECA as the main reference in the Spanish debt market. In this period we surpassed in the activity ranking many other financial institutions (JP Morgan, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, a.s.o) as the mail counterparty in Spanish debt.

Debt and derivatives trader. On a second phase, in charge of the relations with non-resident entities, trading in Spanish public debt, moving later on to the trading desk, trading public debt on the secondary market, futures markets and repo market.

Fixed income trader: money market, futures market, short and medium term debt market, and retail sales to SMEs.

Treasury department, capital markets and foreign correspondence. Starting as a junior employee, soon in charge of these departments, defining wholesale bank liquidity guidelines, and trading in the money market and capital markets, and keeping legal coefficients.
