Fabrication and Characterization of 2D contact structures. (I fabricated TLM structures on Graphene and MoS2 with Electron beam lithography and etching/deposition by sputtering and electrically characterized and extracted contact parameters with TLM method.)
Fabrication of Nano gratings on Silicon Carbide. (I fabricated non periodic gratings on 4H- and 6H SiC and studied dose, linewidth and pitch dependence. I investigated the manufacturing defects and surface morphology using AFM and ways to remove the defects.
