• Develops cooperation with suppliers, analyzes their production and financial capacity. • Holds negotiations with suppliers with regards to order conditions. • Prepares and makes amendments to pre-contractual documentation. • Ensures delivery of materials (services) according to the agreed contractual conditions and terms. • Participates in preparation of claims to suppliers in case of violation of contractual terms.

• Define and manages the logistics model of the Project • Manage Project capacity planning, labour planning and production planning activities • Secure BOM material availability for customer demand and manage it in the most cost-efficient way • Manage Non-serial Purchasing Purchase and local sourcing activities • Manage Warehousing functions (Main Warehouse, Supermarket and Non Serial Storage). • Manage suppliers related to component availability and delivery of goods

• Manage and coordinate all Procurement activities, including monitoring of supplier delivery performance • Order and execute material requirements based on MRP output to ensure flawless of supply chain and meeting inventory level target. • Searching parts in open market to support urgent requirement • Resolve Accounts payable issues and Receiving discrepancies • Interact with other functions for day to day operation. • Involvement in lean supply chain initiative.
