In my current role I am responsible for two following products: 1. a B2B product in the coaching domain 2. a B2C in the domain of service marketplace My current tasks are: - collaboration with stakeholders on product vision and strategy - coordination product development process on all its stages - collaboration with business stakeholders on eliciting business requirements - management of the product backlog - pre-release coordination

- Organizing communication with internal/external stakeholders and product teams. - Gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them to user stories, managing product backlog. - Review and optimizing tools, systems and processes. - Testing product deliverables before going live. - Operating in the environment with dependencies on multiple teams. - Creating and coordinating Release Plan. - Tracking and analyzing business KPIs for further enhancements.

- Collaborated with Product Owner and other stakeholders for eliciting requirements - Analyzed customer's current processes for creating proposals for enhancement - Elaborated requirements from high level business ideas - Coordinated a team consisting of solution architect, developers, QA engineers, UX designers - Monitored Scrum artifacts: backlogs, active sprint, charts - Conducted Scrum ceremonies: stand-up, planning, grooming, retrospective, demo - Developed and supported project documentation

My functions: • Provided technical support of released PC/mobile games using LUA/XML. • Implemented localization in PC/mobile games. • Tested PC/mobile games. • Communicated with partners.

My functions: • Gathered requirements, developed on FoxPro and tested applications. • Provided technical support for a number of independent applications related to different areas, such as accounting, personnel records, tax calculations, etc. • Provided user support. • Deliver user trainings.
