Leading the global supply of Merck Serono's Diabetes Franchise from 5 global manufacturing sites and external suppliers (CMOs) from API to finished product supply flow, owning the Capacity over demand ratio for the network. Measured for excellent Service, Cost & Cash (Inventory). Leading a team of 30 FTEs in Germany & France as well as a cross functional team of experts in Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement to assure to deliver each & every SKU today & tomorrow.

Leading the Pharmaceutical Supply Network in 12 countries in Central Eastern Europe. 10 direct reports (Supply Chain Manager), located in the selling affiliates; entire team size is 22 FTEs. Accountable to deliver excellent Service to the markets in a Cost efficient way. Support the restructuring process of the Warehousing landscape in CEE. Responsible for inventory level (finished packs) and write-offs in the Region. Close collaboration with Regional Commercials CEE on strategy and business needs.

Management of the Demand Network Europe, Canada, Australia (28 countries). Close collaboration with Commercial key functions, and the entire Demand Network within Global Supply Network Operations organization. Implementation and Training of Global Guidelines into local organizations. Driving Operational Excellence and Best Practices related to Demand Planning across the Regional Network. Supporting launch processes on global and local level. Reporting to the Regional Supply Director

New product introduction Manager within Global Supply Chain Sales & Operations Processes, Elaboration of Definition of “New Products” within Merck Serono and Classification of products, Global Process Establishment for Pharma Products, Launch date Alignment between Global Business Unit (Marketing & Commercials), Global Regulatory, Transfer Pricing and Selling Affiliates, Launch date & milestones tracking (incl. artworks creation for finished packs)

New Product Introduction at Pharma Production Site Darmstadt, launch coordination of pharmaceutical products into Technical Operations/ Supply Chain, Projectmanagement, leading of interdisciplinary teams, launch date coordination (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing readiness)

Procurement of freights and logistics services incl. warehousing, RFQ process, contracting, supplier relationship management, KPI management
