First level HR support to employees and HR Business Partners across the EMEA region: - New Hire Onboarding and Orientation - HR Reporting - Reference Requests – Letters to landlords/banks/building societies etc - Monitoring Probationary Review Process - Liaising with Payroll department - Benefits -Maintenance of the Employee System PeopleSoft - Implementation and improvement of HR processes - Ad hoc HR projects

Evaluating the accuracy of data and using judgement to take decisions on data quality. Liaise with business representatives across the region to verify information and ensure that most accurate data is available to users.

First point of HR contact to both staff and management across Germany/Switzerland/Austria, handling day-to-day issues, concerns and needs of individual employees. Advice employees and managers on local and international HR policies and procedures. Ensuring that queries are solved in a timely manner according to SLAs and escalated to the appropriate HR or Finance team if required.
