What started out as a writing and travel sabbatical morphed into a stay-at-home writing sabbatical, allowing me to focus on developing and improving my writing craft and implementing a successful writing routine. Ideas exist everywhere, whether at home or on the road.

Conducted ad hoc analyses across product and marketing departments. Focused heavily on visualizations through Periscope. Produced Lifetime Value Prediction model in R.

Coordinating the analysis and optimization of TV campaigns. Analyzing the profitability of previous TV campaigns to generate actionable learnings to better forecast and plan future expenses and support strategic TV buying and decision-making. Performing market research for tools to aid data tracking. Studying TV effects on organic, branded search, and performance campaigns to improve company-wide marketing mix strategies.

Regularly monitored, analyzed, and optimized the most significant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at different levels (i.e., country, game, marketing channels, platform, device). Performed ad hoc analyses using software such as MySQL, HP Vertica, Tableau, and Visual Insights MicroStrategy. Generated and distributed monthly reports company-wide that provided an overview of the game performance across platforms to be used by stakeholders and decision-makers.

Provided English proofreading and corrections for the ILE-supported websites and other documents. Corrected and modified research papers written by the professorship. Formatted and compiled entries for Travemünde, one of the ILE’s yearly publications.

The responsibilities for the Center Manager position included managing and mentoring a staff of 2-3 Certified Personal Coaches, analyzing key business and teaching metrics, coordinating and handling daily operational duties, engaging in grassroots marketing efforts, teaching individual lessons, selling lesson programs, and coordinating efforts with GolfTEC's main business parter, Golfsmith.

Coached individual lessons, assisted in daily operations, and took an active role in merchandising golf equipment. Required to generate demand for lessons and sales.
