• In addition to my Global Director role, I was responsible site manager of ASUX (Advanced Safety and User Experience) Business Unit (BU) at NEUMARKT. • Restructured & closed ASUX NEUMARKT site to enhance BU profitability, oversaw & managed test & engineering activities transfer within budget & time targets to Krakow Poland.

EXPAT Assignment at Krakow Poland • Established new Advanced Safety ADAS IT&V team. Increase total team size from 200 FTEs to 300 FTEs (UX/IVI, B&S and new Team AS). • Enhanced and established Aptiv Krakow tech center as main testing facility in Europe. • Responsible for flawless execution of software system tests and verification/validation of all OEM projects ECU developed by Aptiv in Europe for ADAS, IVI, Body & Security, DMS, Cockpit, Multidomain controllers with minimum ASPICE L2.

• Responsible for line management of Germany cross locations team (Bad Salzdetfurth / Hildesheim & Nuremberg) and technically co-ordination of internationally test team (Germany, Poland, Mexico and India). • Planning & tracking test activities of international team in complex projects. • Planning and implementation of test transfer programs to optimize development costs. (Transfer of test activities from Germany to Krakow Poland), successfully completed the transfer.
