As Accounts Payable Specialist in the Quality Vendor Setup Group I was responsible for the maintainance of the master customer database. Approval of supplier request forms, data entry, service solutions for internal customers and additional projects as fx. the "1099 Tax Project" were daily challenges I was commited to solve. Daily communication with financial institutes and internal resources globally required me to improve my strongly developed IT, communicative and investigative skills.

As Administrative Assistant / Trainee at PAREXEL International GmbH I was responsible for the assistance of the Clinical Research Associates working on the clinical trials. In order to ensure first-time-quality, efficiency and high service solutions I improved my strongly developed IT, language and organizational skills on a daily basis.

As tutor at Berlingske Media I was responsible for the socially integration, sales development and performance improvement of the new and experinenced telemarketers of the sales department in Odense. I experienced to hold the responsibility for the introduction meetings, motivation and improvement conversations for the telemarketers and the run of the daily business.

As telemarketer at Berlingske Media I was responsible for canvassing customers and developing existing customer value for some of the strongest brands in the Media Branch in Denmark. Training in sales and conversation techniques and focus on sales development, leadership and performance improvement were a part of my job, and I have participated in several training programs held by internal ressources as well as by external sales development companies.
