Tasked to participated in developing of Master Data Management & Governance approach at Shared Service Center of Company Group (metal & mining companies; freight logistic; logistic services in the Baltic and Azov-black sea; river, river-sea leading shipping company). - Defined the list of Corporate Master Data for Corporate Processes. - Defined key participants and business owners of the Master Data Management & Governance process. - Implemented the Master Data Management & Governance process at the SSC.

- Participated in S4 HANA implementation leading Data Migration stream. - Completed full-cycle of the project managing full scope of DM activities. - Progressed the full spectrum of leadership activities including DM Concept definition, synchronization of test & production plans with the project plan, people management, relationship building with stakeholders and external experts. - Worked closely with the business teams to develop data validation approach for migrated objects.

- Spearheaded the creation of a joint Innovation Laboratory from the ground up with SAP reporting directly to the CEO of NLMK. - Progressed the full spectrum of leadership activities including strategy identification and development, concept approval, people management, and relationship building with partners. - Mobilized and led a high-performance team in the delivery of Innovation Lab’s objectives. - Aligned objectives with senior management on the implementation.

- Tasked to participated in identifying, developing & implementing the Customer’s IT Strategy. - Performed comprehensive customer needs determination in business processes automatization based on SAP portfolio products and previously purchased software. - Assumed role as customer and technical support in projects implementation based on SAP products. - Executed SAP license audit Customer Support, roadmap development for licenses utilization, accounting for business needs, projects schedules.

- Orchestrated the management and implementation of the Program of the Unified Industry SAP MDM System within the Rosatom entities. - Determined and developed the conceptual design, target architecture of MDM System. - Streamlined communication with Customers at all stages of projects. - Presented Program results to senior management of the group companies. - Founded and grew the department of Master Data, covering organization of work within the internal team and the team of the contractor.

- Full-cycle roll-out project. - Progressed the full spectrum of Data Migration activities in SAP roll-out in ABB. - Planned activities based on the resources, project-specific, time-frame. - Developed all relevant Data Migration Documentation (DM Strategy, DM Concept, DM Guideline, plans). - Developed all necessary extraction and upload templates with necessary conversion/mapping rules. - Developed all necessary migration tools using LSMW and migrated more than 40 objects (SD, MM, PP, FI, CO).

Occasionally was involved in different projects as an external Master Data expert.
