    Leading Landor's 35-strong European strategy team in offices in London, Paris, Hamburg, Milan, Geneva, Moscow, Dubai, Istanbul, I won, led and delivered global brand strategy and transformation projects for international clients including Adecco, Aviva, Barclays, Bayer, British Airways, Covestro, EY, Generali, Henkel, Linde, RBS, RSM, Siemens, Skoda, Vodafone. I focused on solving complex brand problems for global businesses, often as part of a redefined business strategy, M&A or globalisation of brands.

    As head of the consulting practice of The Brand Union (now Superunion) across Europe, I delivered major global brand strategy projects, including the development of brand architecture, brand positioning, brand identity, employee engagement for Credit Suisse, GE, KPMG and RBS. I initiated and led WPP cross-agency projects for clients including Allianz and Mercedes-Benz.

    BBDO Consulting (now Batten&Company) is the management consultancy arm of Omnicom, advising blue-chip clients such as BMW, Deutsche Bank, Audi, T-Mobile, Allianz, Dresdner Bank, Mercedes on their global brand strategy. I was part of the founding team, shaping the offer and growing the business from five to 100 brand strategy consultants. I delivered high-profile global brand strategy projects, including brand positioning, brand portfolio, brand valuation and global communication strategies.

    Henkel is one of Europe’s largest FMCG companies, operating worldwide with leading brands in Cosmetics (Schwarzkopf), Detergents&HomeCare (Persil) and Adhesives (Loctite, Pritt). I developed and executed brand, marketing and communication strategies across Europe and Asia, including creation of new products and brands, and conducted one of Henkel's largest and most successful European brand roll-out programmes.
