I was then promoted to a Sales Relationship Manager role, and eventually moved to become Deputy Team Leader of the Ireland Sales Team. I also managed our 'Bloomberg for BlackBerry's' product, and our new Bloomberg for Insurance Professionals product.

Responsibilities included: * TRAX matching trades, and quickly rectifying mismatched trades. * Processing coupon claims from counterparties owed money. * Making sure we were paid coupon proceeds on time.
