Kish leads the sales team across various AQX° locations and asset classes. His core areas of expertise include DMA and algorithmic execution, ETF price and liquidity discover, and Commission Sharing Agreements (CSAs)/Independent Research Providers (IRPs). AQX° Securities is a service-oriented, multi-asset execution management provider, delivering buy-side firms with conflict-free independent research and agency execution, globally, across multiple asset classes from a single point of contact.

Head of Europe, Middle East & African Sales. Selling cash equity brokerage services (DMA / Algos / Care / PT / ETFs / ADR conversions / CSAs etc) to institutional clients, across various trading platforms. Committed to finding technological solutions to improve execution quality, and to understanding and easing trader workflow/productivity. Regions I myself cover: London, Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel and the UAE.

Selling the Advisen product to insurance underwriters, brokers and risk managers in Europe. Includes new business sales, account management and relationship building - as well as raising the profile of Advisen in Europe.

I began employment at Bloomberg as a Sales Intern, but was recruited into a full-time position mid-way through the internship. I began as an Account Manager in the Dutch team, selling the Bloomberg product suite to customers in the Netherlands. I was then promoted to a Sales Relationship Manager role, and eventually moved to become Deputy Team Leader of the Ireland Sales Team. I also managed our 'Bloomberg for BlackBerry's' product, and our new Bloomberg for Insurance Professionals product.

Started as a summer job, but was extended, as they wanted to me to clear out all their mismatched TRAX trades. Involved trade settlements, between counterparties and front office traders. Also worked on the Corporate Actions team, processing Coupons Claims and trade confirmation. Responsibilities included: * TRAX matching trades, and quickly rectifying mismatched trades. * Processing coupon claims from counterparties owed money. * Making sure we were paid coupon proceeds on time.

Working in the Operations department at an investment bank. Involved communicating with external counterparties, and also front office traders, when rectifying trades. Responsibilities included: * Running reconciliation reports daily. * Pricing new securities. * Settling cash differences between the XTAS and Bloomberg systems.

Dissertation on the global impact and consequences of money laundering.
