Responsible for the management of all strategic & operational marketing & client relationship activities; Managed a team of 7 consultants (managers & administrators) & over 25 associate experts; Responsibilities laying on a) Corporate Capacity Building, b) Strategy Formulation, c) Business Development and d) Project Management. Successfully turned around the company from a non-performing, to a profitable & commercially strong consultancy.

Managed a team of 4 senior consultants. Management of all strategic, operational marketing & client relationship initiatives, incl: Blueprint company’s business development strategy to include all aspects of international cooperation. Lead role in the identification of business opportunities, consortia negotiations (including financial agreements), preparation of Expressions of Interests and offers, as well as procedures for follow up and compliance until contract signature. Awarded 9 contracts in total.

Projects Department, successfully leading Recruitment and Marketing activities by identifying tender opportunities and building new worldwide partnerships specifically project and program development. Identified vested partners in the creation of various consortia according to each project’s needs (forecast and open) and recommended strategic cooperation with companies and organizations globally

Worked as HR Officer aiding Technical Schools in the municipalities of Heraklion and Marousi in Athens. Partnered with Directors & developed a Human Resources Strategy resulting from a Skills Audit. Designed a Skills Development & HR Development Plan for staff of the admin. Officers of the technical schools. Member in the drafting guidelines for HRM within the Administration Unit.
