- Identify and submit qualified candidates to the Client Hiring Managers - Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources -Work with recruiting team to screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing -ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance -Manage Client Hiring Manager Relationships -Support Offer Negotiation process

My main responsibilities are: - On boarding of technical talent - Technical Recruitment and Head Hunting for Junior, Senior and Executive levels - Selection, Consulting and Professional Services - Recruitment projects (project planning, job market research and analysis, search and selection of potential candidates for conducted projects, in person and phone interviews) - "Matchmaking" between a company and a prospective employee

My main responsibilities are: - Sourcing of candidates for an Senior Recruiter - Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms - Screen resumes and application forms - Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks - Participate in organizing company events and careers days
