RESPONSIBILITIES: -Execution of optimisation and continuous improvement projects. -Analysis of logistical processes an bottleneck evaluation to advise of improvements and ensuring implementation. -Balancing customer requirements, commercial ambitions and logistical feasibility. ACHIEVEMENTS: -65% reduction of customer complaints. -Supported the consolidation of distribution centres to a central distribution centre. -Project lead replacement of SAP EWM with a web-based warehouse management system.

Responsible for order booking and monitoring; organisation of shipping documents on behalf of customers. Team support for GT Nexus.
