• Identified the key development area in Claims Department required at Adjudicator as well as CSR side to eliminate the increasing number of Claim issues. • Clean and manipulate Evolent Health Claims datasets to create the data foundation for further analytics and the development of key insights by mining unstructured data. • Performed diagnostic analysis by building advanced SQL query to determine the workaround time by Status, Assignee and Resolver Group from unstructured JIRA data.

I looked at the data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and reducing loss. I also translated business requirements into functional specifications for necessary systems modifications to satisfy business needs.
