• Responsible for the Strategy Planning of the Sales Force in an ongoing effort to increase business productivity. • Identify opportunities for sales performance improvements by developing and analyzing Dashboards and KPIs. • Develop and continuously improve sales reports that expedite the execution of key sales activities that result in improving sales productivity in partnership with Data, Product and Measurement Teams.

• Responsible for Brazil Warranty Management by maintaining and validating warranty claims for BR Repair Suppliers and aligning the strategy with the other Regions by working closely to my Team “Global Billing” (based in China). • Design, define business requirements and perform testing of claim application to automate end-to-end warranty claim validation and payment process. • Standardize KPI reporting process by implementing standardized global codes across all repairs centers globally.

• Foundation of Fuel Control department in the company involving processes development and control. • Fuel Saving Program implementation in the company. • Creation of the Performance Report delivered to pilots and flight dispatchers in a monthly basis containing their performance indicators. • Integrated Database development with all flights information in SQL language. • Develop and present fuel saving KPI to the top management.
