As part of the New Business Development Team I was responsible for new business acquisition. The company had overspent on field sales and it was my task to experiment with new selling techniques such as Web Conferencing.

Business primarily by phone. I was responsible for Sales Excellence and Key Account Management events. My prospective clients were mainly Sales Managers and General Managers. It was my task to look for new clients and to keep in touch with existing ones.
