As the Internal Recruitment Manager for EMEA, my role was to ensure the Internal Recruitment team attracted and placed the top talent for Spencer Ogden's growth plans to succeed. The Internal Recruitment team were responsible for directly attracting trainees and managing the process to ensure a smooth start with Spencer Ogden.

My role as Team Leader was to ensure the Internal Recruitment team were responsible for sourcing and placing quality candidates within our offices both in the UK and globally. I am directly involved in all aspects of hiring from developing new sourcing methods & screening candidates, to building relationships with hiring managers& reporting on hiring stats or updates with senior management.
