Responsible for coordinating the three high-visibility leadership programs (new leaders, seasoned leaders, executive level) which included the development, logistics and implementation of special projects: • Start-up Leadership Program upgrading | Align program with business needs and revision of program’s internal processes; • 360 Feedback-Evaluation upgrading | Revision of the entire internal registration/communication process and online platform (incl. automation/UI optimization);

Collaborating with Learning Specialists & Corporate Learning for development, deployment and implementation of learning programs including the following projects: • Optimization of Monthly Learning Themes | May 2018 – Oct 2019 | Fostering a learning culture by growing critical soft skills, attained 30% increase in consumption; • Enhancing learning culture by sharing learning best practices | Mar 2018 – Oct 2019 | Facilitation of presentations for optimized one-on- one and small groups learning.

Coordinating national stakeholders for the development and implementation of learning initiatives, including the execution of the following projects: • Coordinating the national leadership programs, for Managers, Directors and VPs Responsible for program logistics, organizing coaching sessions and 360 Feedback-Evaluation; • Brainstorming, planning and developing learning strategies with facilitators / internal stakeholders / external consultants / external coach / regional coordinators.

Responsible for recruitment logistics and support of head-hunters on mandates: • Sourcing top talent for mid-senior to executive-level positions in marketing and communications for the Montreal job-market; • Ownership of the recruitment process (incl. first interview, resume/profile scanning, background check, review of offers); • Coordination of team activities, organizing client meetings and communication/marketing of the firm.
