Managed a large global business process improvement project for a global construction equipment company. The project revamped the entire order-to-cash process for the after market print materials. This included moving away from large inventories to a global web shop with make-to-order capabilities, printing only what was ordering and close to the customer. Ordering, production, delivery and invoicing process were all changed and automated allowing for annual savings of over 5 million Euro.
