Understand customer requirements for electrical and electronic components and adapt the FARASEAL impregnation process to meet specifications and improve component performance through a simplified and efficient design and production process. Manage and support existing customers as well as the identification and strategic development of new potential customers for components sealing such as sensors, wires, cables, coils, connectors, busbars, housings and others plastic-metal hybrid parts.

The goal here was to establish an innovative product for sealing automotive parts through a Cured-In-Place Gasket technology in Europe. For this purpose, I calculated, quoted and coordinated prototype & series production and validation plan at the automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Led engineering activities in customer projects including design, process setting, validation, documentation and recommendation for process implementation.

Responsible for designing, conducting, analyzing and summarizing technical tests for the development of an innovative technology that enables welding of incompatible plastic materials. Taking this into account, understand the proper equipment set up for product application to ensure appropriate performance. As was involved in the further development of various products for plastic welding, I am co-owner of various patents for Henkel products.

Responsible for conducting LOCA adhesive tests on customer parts to evaluate the performance of the HHDD-technology products. Understand and make recommendations on proper application equipment setting, testing and implementation at customers’ processes.

Responsible for conducting blood screening tests for quality assessment before production and summarizing test results. Responsible for managing equipment to produce red blood cells and plasma for hospitals and the pharma industry.

Responsible for conducting quality lab testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, water and wastewater samples. Summarized test results and recommended appropriate process and storage settings for product quality improvement.
