In this role, I led Online Sales & Operations for H&M’s biggest € market Central Europe. We achieved outstanding growth by defining a data-driven strategy that ensured the best customer and hm.com online store experience. My role also included transforming our omnichannel customer business into a completely new omni organization. I served as member of the Management Team for Central Europe and Global E-Commerce, representing the voice of the digital customer. Based in the H&M Head Office in Stockholm.

Responsible for the team driving omnichannel Marketing & PR for H&M Germany. This included full P&L responsibility, brand strategy, commercial planning, media buying, campaigns, social / digital, marketing analytics & intelligence, CRM, H&M Club (loyalty programme), strategic partnerships, legal. Recent projects included “Selected by Diane Kruger”, “Selected by Emre Can”, "H&M x The Voice", "Selected by Lena", “Ace Tee x H&M”(Winner of Deutscher Media Preis - for "Best regional Media Strategy).
Co-leading the Expansion department with a focus on cross-brand physical store business expansion in Germany (other H&M Group brands include: COS, Monki, WEEKDAY, & other stories etc.). This included decisions on store business cases (openings, refurbishments, closures), talent acquisition and retainment strategies and controlling. I joined the steering committee co-creating H&M Germany’s business strategy and drive transformation streams across departments. Based in Berlin and Hamburg.
Consulting Burberry as part of Executive MBA programme, with a focus on improving the online shopping experience to increase customer loyalty. Project-based in London, UK. Work included research and digital analytics, consumer pain identification, solution recommendation, business case investigation, prototype creation and continuous interaction with Burberry’s senior management.

Involves multiple, senior stakeholder management, cross-functional and cross-regional. Based in Belgium and the Netherlands. Product launches included the first 3D printed connected lamp. Work was highlighted on Mashable, Pocket-Lint and other key influencers.
