As part of the Client Engagement team at SAP Concur, I am responsible for helping customers maximize the value of their partnership with SAP Concur. My main responsibility is to develop and maintain strong relationships by conducting regular Business Reviews to ensure optimal usage of services, strategic account development and identification of up-selling opportunities. Ultimately the goal is to ensure retention and reference-ability through strategic consulting and customer service.

I continued to work for the same department so I could establish and expand my existing knowledge I already built up. My main task during this time was to write my bachelor thesis: "Analyse der Auswirkungen von Amazon auf den Einzelhandel mit anschließender Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Supply Chain aus Sicht der SAP SE".
Supported the presales team in the preparation of customer meetings and presentations. The main focus in this short timespane was to get an overall impression of the work as a presales specialist. I also gained insights in the SAP Supply Chain Execution Platform consisting of "SAP Extended Warehouse Management" (EWM), "SAP Transportation Management" (TM) and "SAP Event Management" (EM). In addition I created several offline demos to show the functionality of the “Integrated Business Planning” (IBP).
I mainly worked on the creation of a data model for End-to-End-Tests of Self Service Configuration UIs (SSC UIs) in the S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud. In addition to that I built several testscripts for various SSC UIs. I also created a demo-video to visualize the possibilties for customizing the S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud with the aim to show how SAP can meet the customer's specific needs.
My main task was to create a detailed analysis of the competitive situation on the services market for SAP SE.
Based on the detailed concept provided by SAP I elaborated test scenarios for Daimler. As a side effect I also received overall impressions of the Consulting Business as well as of Software implementation and testing.
In my first practical phase I wanted to get a better and more detailed overview of SAP and its products. So I joined the project team for CeBIT 2015 to get to know SAP from a customer point of view. As part of the CeBIT project team I was responsible for the Morning Show, customer surveys, operational organization, lunch reservation system, meeting bookings, and support in the business check in lounge.
