•Develop Visual Basic Applications and scripts (Shell, Perl) for process automation and reporting •Provide worldwide administration and support for tools (QAC, QAC++, Rational Test Real Time) used in the development process •Keep up to date with the latest SW tools to ensure quick and easy transition to new revisions •Offer training for gathering and reporting Key Performance Indicators to upper management •Offer Training to users for the proper usage of the tools •Coach new team members

•Provide administration and support for Citrix, SAP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Windows XP, web and Java based applications with Oracle DB support •Working with Active Directory, Windows 2000 and 2003 Server, Windows XP, Domino Server •Trouble shooting on Windows XP, 2000 and NT •Testing the applications locally, detecting the possible issues at installation and run-time •Create monthly reports. Provide the reports to upper management •Coach new team members
