Full responsibility for the liquids, creams and suppositories value stream and leading a team of 150+ FTEs to produce Ratiopharm products, Germany‘s first and foremost generics brand.

- Responsible for continuous improvement and implementing of LEAN techniques ( 5S, SMED) in a packaging area consisting of 24 blister packaging machines - Alignment on site level for for targeted improvements in OAE and OEE - Preparing of training materials for optimized standard change over and operating procedures - Training of packaging teams (all levels) about information on the Plan Execution Line Boards (goals, definitions, instruction, how to understand and use the information)

- Learning the tasks of the Production leader - Lerning about the programms and systems used in the production department - Control of production protocols - Special handling of deviations and compliance issues in the production - Organization of the shift work

- Assuring that the Production processes are within the validated limits and also in accordance with GMP and SOP standards. - Preparation and review of operating and cleaning procedures - Participation in the investigation of product and non-product related deviations - Participation in GMP, HSE and HR training - Participation in the Performance Management Project - rating of production employees - GMP, HSE, HR training of subordinates
