Hi, I am Luis, a cuban Informatics Sciences engineer, based since few years in Germany! You can always do better! My motivation is to never stop improving myself. I have gained experience with serveral programming languages and methodologies through the years. But what defines me is what I will learn next, what I will improve next. I am hard working, enthusiastic, resourceful and driven to succeed. First do it all, then do it better, and never settle with a solution. My team is my family! Communication and teamwork are extremely important for me. The real growth comes when you help others to grow, when you are able to make an impact in your teammates career.
