1.Managing a team in NOC handling front end desk and L2 support for 4G(LTE) wireless Network enterprise customer complaints. 2.Managing a team in NOC for Configuration and TEC operations of Adjuncts Network Elements ie. (HSS, STP, SMSC, PCRF and AAA). 3.Managing a team in NOC handling Alarm Monitoring and daily Health checkup of Adjuncts Network Elements (HSS, STP, SMSC, PCRF and AAA). Achievements: Finished LTE data LIM demos to Dot within 1 months for PAN india.

 Managing a team responsible for supporting configuration of PAN India core network elements( Huawei , ZTE, Lucent, Ericsson,Oracle).  Lead the team in customer review meeting on configuration function.  Ensuring that configuration change process in the network is implemented, practiced, monitored & reviewed for compliance.  Support for Core Routing Design, Planning and Solution of products in existing and new Wireless network elements.

Planning of architecture, dimensioning and Implementation of the MNP(Mobile Number Portability) in TATA Network using Tekelec and Netnumber solution.  Organizing/Inviting meetings for discussions for MNP project among different departments i.e. Progress report, critical issues, finalizing call flows, SMS flows, Testing.  Vendor solution Analysis , Planning and Implementation for SMS Aggregator/Hub in TATA Network.

Responsible to make changes in network, impact analysis & network wide rollout. Providing support to Planning, TAC and Circle Team for Network related problems. Maintaining the configuration management process. Responsible for New Products implementation in whole N/W ie NTP (MSC’s and GMSC’s),CRBT,MCA etc. Work order analysis and assignment to circle and coordination with circle for various activities .

Traffic Re-routing, Database management in the Switching System, Periodic Exec. of Cmd Procedure, development & maintenance. Perform Roaming(International and national) configuration and IREG testing activity. Analyze daily traffic volumes estimating voice, signaling and data traffic growths, defining a plan for current and future network dimensioning. Acceptance testing & Commissioning of POI’s.

Monitoring of MSC,BSC,RBSC ‘s & all BTS sites and escalating the alarms e.g. environmental & equipmental failure alarms to field engineers. Addition of new hardwares ie TRX & modify control parameters of them. Configuratuion of new sites in BSC and MSC.
