*Working on backup technologies like Avamar, Networker ,IDPA ,DataDomain ,Veeam and Netbackup and perform Daily Health checks, Administrative tasks, maintenance activities and troubleshooting *Familiar of working on VMware, vCloud, NSX and able to troubleshoot. *Managing Hardware servers like HP Blades and CISCO UCS and Very Familiar of the manage jobs and Firmware Upgrade for them. *Managing and Administrating CISCO and BROCADE switches

Responsible for the daily Backups and Restores operations. Managing Storage Replication. Coordinating Installations and Upgrades with different vendors. Administering Storage Arrays. Performing Storage operations such as LUN creations, provisioning, zoning, replication, clones, encryption and Capacity planning. Monitoring and trouble-shooting of SAN fabrics issues and performance.

Working on different backup and storage Technologies “EMC² Networker, Data domain, EMC² Disk library, Quantum scalar I2K/I6K, DXI, Brocade Switches”. solving backup incidents,performing Changes. Implementing new software and hardware changes to enhance services performance. Improving service operation process through documents and training sessions. Mentoring and coaching L1 team and new comers to improve service quality.

Implementing Storage, Backup and Recovery Solutions for ITS projects in Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA and Africa Contributing in enriching the knowledge base contents regularly. Performing code upgrades for EMC products to protect against vulnerabilities. Supporting EMC products: VMAX, DMX4, Celerra, Centera, VNX, San Switches, Clariion, Rainfinity, Data Domains, Avamar, Physical Tape Libraries (Quantum, STK).
