-Training and preparing the teaching staff of the faculty of Medicine to deal with "Item bank" program; which function is to prepare tests for every subject and put questions. -Illustrative explanation for the program and how to put the materials on the program, how to put all kinds of questions, and how to prepare a test whether written or online -Explaining with various methods whether by workshops or one to one. -Deploy SQL, run queries and DB backups.
