Conducted empirical research in conflict zones in northern and southern Syria. The project sought to promote Syrian women’s social, economic participation and recognition in their local communities, as well as enhance community health. I designed and created the research plan for the project, analyzed the research findings, and adjusted the project’s scope and beneficiaries to accommodate the field research findings.

Conducted empirical research on asylum refugees in Berlin who originate from the Arab world. The purpose of the research was to uncover the gaps forcibly displaced people face when using financial services and understand the mechanisms they use to regain their financial footing in their host economies. The research highlighted the hurdles they face on the societal and bureaucratic level. I supported all phases of the research and evaluation throughout the project’s duration.

STEI Berlin is a project initiated by a group of activists and university students aimed at empowering and addressing the needs of refugees and asylum seekers on the shelter-level to help them re-integrate into the job market.

- Launched Products and Services for the Internet postpaid segment by designing product concepts and media communications. - Analyzed various data sources to identify customers’ needs and trends, to identify business opportunities. - Performed periodic and ad-hoc sales and performance analysis for my product portfolio. - Curated marketing campaigns to increase key product KPIs (ARPU, retention, new acquisitions).

- Designed and managed, a number of consultancy projects for regional corporate and government clients, starting from general proposal creation, research design, data collection, data analysis until report delivery and recommendations. - Worked and coordinated with management in preparation of project road-map for different research projects. - Conducted in depth qualitative, and quantitative analysis depicting the telecom and media markets, trends in the MENA region.

- Researched, analyzed and produced reports on the telecom and media markets in specific countries- Algeria, Palestine and Morocco. - Participated in consultancy projects covering and analyzing the telecom and media markets in a number of countries in the MENA region. - Conducted timely follow-up activities related to case research.
