Recruitment Lead for UK, EU Operations. I am currently working as a Recruitment Lead. As a Recruitment Lead, I am responsible to lead 5-7 enthusiastic members of the team. I am responsible to skill them about recruitment, requirement gathering, how to make the first contact with candidates, making them aware of Visa policies, technical terms, and make recruitment in a more professional way. I am handling 4 clients directly and working with them on UK, EU and Domestic recruitment.
