During my time as Analyst I worked on potential deals covering the whole VC value chain from sourcing to initial screening and due dilligence up to the final investment decision. Furthermore, I worked closely with Partners and the Head of Finance to set up automated internal processes that scale with fund growth.
Together with the DACH Senior Management I shaped the structure, strategy, growth and governance of Google Cloud's go-to-market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In parallel, I proposed, conceptualized and implemented various data-driven initiatives increasing the efficiency of sales efforts to unlock further growth.

During my 12 weeks with the Mexican mattress startup I developed the financial planning, positioning and headed the team of external designers and developers building the online presence. Additionally, I recognised operational inefficiencies regarding the handling of our supply chain. I conceptualised a production automation solution and guided an external developer who implemented it, increasing the team's productivity significantly and shortening order lead times.
Supported the local SMB salesforce by conducting market research and by preparing sales pitches.
