For the first few months I taught a programming class. Then I developed a multi-camera marker tracking system. Afterwards I spent two years contributing to the development of a memory efficient real-time operating system and publish-subscribe middleware (similar to ROS, but with real-time capabilities and memory requirements appropriate for microcontrollers). Additionally, I programmed small applications using this operating system and mobile robots to be shown at presentations and exhibitions.
