Thesis: Batch effects in scRNA-seq data analysis Incorporating technical variability due to batch effects in single cell mRNA sequencing data analysis.

Thesis: In vivo and in silico creation of a static Min system in E. coli This thesis combined spatial simulations and synthetic biology to compare static and spatio-temporal oscillating concentration gradients within the cell. The worked included modeling experiments in silico and then performing them in vivo.
