ETIMEX Primary Packaging GmbH has been implementing sustainable packaging solutions for food, convenience, pharmaceuticals as well as for technical products. Sustainability and responsibility towards the next generation is my corporate duty. With 260 employees (210 FTE), I manage the interests of the location in a future-oriented manner. The aim of ETIMEX Primary Packaging GmbH is to further develop its outstanding recyclable mono-solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industry.

During the consolidation of Etimex Technical Components GmbH and Etimex USA Inc. Charlotte, NC, I took over parts of the business units to guarantee a smooth integration thru the merging process.

Together with my highly motivated and experienced team we develop and meet the customers demands in packaging solutions made from plastic sheet, films and containers with the highest level of flexibility and efficiency. Our production uses leading technologies. In close cooperation with our customer we create high-quality packaging solutions for food, pet food, baby food and convenience food, pharmaceutical and technical products.

During the Sales of Etimex Solar USA to Solutia Inc. I was hired to follow the key job metrics making the acquisition a success - Achieve growth targets based on volume and customers that support PV objectives - Support achievement of key goals in the overall Photovoltaic Market as well as within regions and/or specific applications - Gross profit, contribution at standard, segment pricing, and market share. - Support new product/service offerings

Directed and coordinated activities of industrial division to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and managers. I was is responsible for ensuring growth in sales for the Photovoltaic market sectors and focused on core competencies, profitable business, ROI, and sustaining business over lifetime of product.

Global Sales and Technical Manager with additional responsibility in Quality Control and development of EVA encapsulants and thermoplsatic materials. Achieved global main target in the PV Photovoltaic Market and developed Etimex Solar to a solid manufacturer of EVA/TPU encapsulant and global Market Leader

I was hired to investigate in new packaging films like retortable packaging for Stand Up Pouches, Multilayer Packaging Films and Sealing Films. I worked close with the R/D department and developed key measurements to ensure QC. I have a close relationship to major resin suppliers and a strong expertise in polymers used in the field of packaging incluiding PE, PP amd PET. I revised customer specifications and adapeted them the latest quality standards.
