Über mich
I am a German based freelance photographer and multimedia artist with an advertising agency background. As a professional photographer, it’s safe to say it has been an interesting journey and I have been lucky enough to have travelled around shooting on-set TV and movie productions, campaigns and documentary portraits. As a former professional athlete, I climbed the Thorong La pass in Nepal. When I`m not spending time with my wife and hanging out with friends, you’ll find me doing judo and caring for competitive athletes. Superpower: High-energy at all hours. Furthermore I am founder and creative director for the participative cultural project called "culture to impact". There I am responsible for all multimedia creation. The core of Culture to Impact is to level up people’s interest in a specific community or cooporation and give them opportunities to participate in a holistic and sustainable cultural project.

GEMEINSAM. GEMEINSCHAFT. SCHAFFEN. Wir kreieren eine Vielfalt an kreativen Räumen durch die Kuration und dem Zusammenbringen verschiedener Bereiche von Gesellschaft und Kultur. Einzelne Projekte werden durch gezielte Anpassung so präzisiert, dass im Rahmen der Wertbildung etwas Ganzheitliches entsteht. Eine Förderung wird somit sehr gezielt investiert. #5630 - das sind WIR in Remscheid e.V.
Der Weg von #5630 wurde mit einer Fülle von Maßnahmen erfolgreich etabliert: eine multimediale Kampagne, Kooperationen dem bekannten Cirque du Soleil, Künstler und Fotograf Wolfgang Tillmans als Paten, ein Concept Store sowie zwei große Werkschauen in Kooperation mit dem Teo Otto Theater. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei das gemeinsame Erleben von Stadt und Raum. Die gegenseitige Wertschätzung und Weiterentwicklung steht im Vordergrund und bildet somit das Wir-Gefühl, was wir so sehr schätzen.
