Demand Management provides the collection and the analysis for planned purchases of goods and services. The collection and the analysis takes place on a yearly base at the end of each fiscal year and, concurrent to any major procurement initiatives relative to complex projects or activities The information is targeted to support the buildup of a monthly Report and yearly Procurement plan, all to be revised periodically in order to catch up proactively with the company´s spending activies.
