As Principal Consultant, Marco: • Advises on strategy, governance, compliance and market entry. • Takes fractional executive roles, leading functions or initiatives. • Leads complex programs from planning through delivery. • Advises on AI, blockchain, tokenization and regulatory compliance. C6 Advisors AG, was a boutique advisory firm working with international ventures on business models, tokenization, regulatory compliance, growth and partnerships. Co-founded in January 2018. - Principal advisor to international startup ventures in gaming, blockchain and digital assets. - Advised founders on strategy, compliance, tokenomics and go-to-market. - Worked with teams across Europe, Asia and the United States. Operations ceased Dec 2020. Liquidation resolved Nov 2020 and deletion Sep 2022.

Established and ran the Swiss business of TMNS, a Dutch enterprise IT consultancy specializing in system integration, SOA, EAI and business process management. Later acquired by Devoteam. - Grew the business eightfold in revenue and sevenfold in headcount, from five people to thirty-five, and its client base from one to six. - Responsible for delivery, revenue, account management, and reporting into group headquarters. - Registered as chairman of the management board from Sep 2008 to Mar 2014.

Led transformation programs in billing and customer systems. - Directed a multi-year rating and billing consolidation program with a multi-million-franc budget, moving customer accounts out of fragmented legacy environments onto a single target platform across several vendor stacks. - Coordinated cross-border teams and vendors to on-time delivery. - Delivered platform upgrades that enabled the launch of new commercial products.

ACN is a reseller of telephony services via the Network Marketing concept. The European head office in Amsterdam is the Operational Control Centre for all European ACN countries. My responsibility included the implementation of a new Billing & CRM system.

Startup of new mobile telephony operator in The Netherlands (later sold to Orange). I worked on Billing, CRM, Y2K and Credit & Fraud Management implementation projects for the Customer Service departments, which contributed to the successful launch in the Dutch telecoms market.
