I was responsible to setup a company-wide Cloud Academy to prepare and enable different stakeholder (management and engineers) being able to understand Cloud Computing characteristics and terms, and in particular technically ramp-up engineers in Google Cloud Platform and help them accelerate in application migration to GCP. Therefore, I designed different training curriculum to prepare for GCP certifications and act as technical faculty for those training's.

As RPA Architect I was responsible for the architectural design and setup of required Blue Prism infrastructure, including 10 Windows Servers, running on VM's, the integration in to enterprise architecture (DNS, WSUS, Loadbalancer, Firewalls, etc.), In addition, I established a CoE and introduced Kanban as agile delivery method, by conducting Kanban STATIK workshop with all team member (6), with the result of having a suitable Kanban system.

AS Cloud and DevOps Architect I was involved in the PoC and MVP phase, exploring Google Cloud Platform capabilities as well as comparing different PaaS provider like Heroku and Pivotal. Further, I setup and managed a team of 8 FTE helping the client to deliver a customized PaaS (Digital Platform) utilizing agile delivery methods (Scrum). In addition I designed and rolled-out a End-to-End on-boarding process, for the ramp-up of new customers to our platform.

Overall design and setup of a DevOps CI and CD pipeline and migration of the first multi-tier application (a point of sale application) consisting of 17 microservices (based on SpringBoot) to MSP. As such I worked as a DevOps Engineer closely together with different Architects. Further, I was responsible to provide a containerized message broker solution (Rabbit MQ) via Docker to be utilized by multiple teams.

Project management for the migration of a webshop (~40 systems for 3 staged environment) to a new datacenter provider and integration into clients service management processes.

I containerized this monolithic application with Docker and utilized it to conduct a DC migration from one service provider to another. Continuing I was key contributor to RFP with a volume of 1 Mio €. In addition, we designed a managed service for the client, which included offshore resources. I took over the role and responsibility as Service Delivery Manager for a 9 FTE team.

Migration von LDAP-Daten des Zentralen Verzeichnisdienst in MySQL-Datenbank. Migration der bundesweiten Dienststellenverwaltungstools inkl. EPOS-Anbindung von Perl zu PHP.. Weiterentwicklung von PHP-Skripten zur automatisierten Erstellung von Samba-Freigaben, inkl. User-Benachrichtigung, statistischer Erfassung in MySQL-Datenbank als auch Web-GUI. Integration und Administration der Groupwarelösung Group-Office sowie der Dokumentenmanagementlösung Knowledgetree im Intranet und zugehöriger Anwenderschulung.
