Client retention and new subscription rates are key measures of the firm’s performance. My responsibilities: coached research managers and analysts on people management, analytical thinking, business writing and negotiating and scoping projects with clients from global blue-chip companies.

Managed team of analysts; advice, projects, benchmarking, problem solving re current and future HR topics; sole responsibility for content delivery to senior executives; supported sales function in annual contract renewal negotiation.
