-Manage queries and international shipping orders from units abroad -Follow up of Export Supply Orders from placement until end customer delivery -Creation and maintenance of the product codes and designations in the Product Master database -Update and maintenance of the plant’s Quality manual in concordance with ISO 9001: 2015 Norm -Attendance to the Complaint Error Reports -Following and overseeing the scheduled calibration of the measuring instruments -KPI

-Analysing the factory’s production needs according to forecasts, projects and manufacturing plans -Generation and release of manufacturing and assembly orders for the manufacturing department -Analysing BOMs of key strategic products and determination of the Reorder Point and Economic Order Quantity for each component -Follow up on the current status of Production and Supply Orders -KPI

-Responsible for buying the required supplies according to the Demand & Production Planning reports, forecasts and special urgent requests -Daily follow up of the Supply Orders (SO) directly with the suppliers -Constant communication with Product Suppliers and 3rd party Processes Suppliers -Permanent feedback of SO status to the Demand & Production Planning Department -Assistance in ensuring the correct supply of materials in specific customised SO for special clients -KPI.
