 Creation & personalization of simulations – Computer-based training, utilizing an interactive technology –based learning system (adapted from the Simbuilder tool, an internal product at Siebel Systems).  Creation & personalization of training materials including Reference Guides & Instructor’s Guides (adapted from the Guide application, an internal product at Siebel Systems).  Translation from English to French for the Guide Core Tasks and Business Process Tasks, to build French Reference Guides

 Member of the European taskforce/steering committee for the definition and setup of the new Siebel 2000 release for BMC internal use (Amsterdam).  Coordination of the reorganization project for the sales process within the scope of the SCORE (Siebel Customer Opportunity Resource Environment) deployment.  Responsible for the Quarterly Newsletter concerning the SCORE project.  Development of course materials for Siebel users in French and in English.  End user training for Sales Managers, Sales Rep
