PMO und PM für verschiedene IT und HR Projekte (z.B. Trainings- und Weiterentwicklungsprogramme). Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung beim Budget Management, beim Erstellen von Vorstandspräsentationen und beim Change Management von internationalen Projekten.

Starting my career with a trainee program at the biggest consulting firm of Japanese origin in Germany, Japan and Southeast Asia. From 2012 until 2014 based in Japan as an expat I was working on transformation and restructuring projects with SAP implementations, employee trainings, change management and project organisation focus. Beside the daily project work I took over some HR responsibilities like selecting and interviewing new potential staff as well as organizing the European HR marketing.

Interning at a big German trade companies inhouse consultancy. Participating in a big ERP software implementation project. The Otto group is the world's largest mail order company, and worlds secound largest online retailer after Amazon.com operating in more than 20 countries.

I did a 6 month lasting internship in Tokyo focussing on headhunting, executive search and HR service mainly in advertising, marketing and PR, but also in other fields WSP and LF are working in.
