I'm responsible to exchange with the customer, his architects and technical experts from before contract till basic design phase is done about the different ideas, how they could become true and which regulations have to be considered. Therefore I'm giving guidelines to customers and distribute their requests internally. Shuffling of public rooms, cabins, technical areas and equipment is part of my daily work as well as presentation of possible solutions to the customer.

Daily business is the coordination between Meyer Werft and Dassault Systemes for the development of new functions required to be able to handle the Global Reference System, Spaces and General Arrangement Plans incl. GAP based Drawings for the shipbuilding sector. Furthermore I'm responsible to coordinate the testuser in the departments, to adjust the general processes on the yard according to the new tools and to organize the implementation in the basic design departments.

I'm located in the Technical Design department and write in cooperation wtih the Meyer Werft and the University of Applied Science Bremen my thesis. The title is: "Investigation of collaboration between NAPA and V6 in the context of geometry-modeling during the basic ship design".
