onboard the 4 star Cruise Ships Crown Jewel and Crown Dynasty of Cunard Cruises in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. I assisted the restaurant manager and represented him during his absence. I supervised the service operation, schedule lines and orders of 50 service staff; table planning of 800 seats capacity restaurant, and the entire administrative tasks within the restaurant.

@ Café Kunsthalle Schirn in Frankfurt am Main. I was fully responsible for the service, kitchen and bar division. I did the schedule line for 30 employees and temporary staff. Furthermore I was in charge of purchasing, sales, logistic, and events issuing invoices, and managing the entire gastronomy business.

@ Themse Riviera Hotel in Maidenhead, England. I achieved good insights into English Silver Service. Besides that I improved my English skills at the Windsor Maidenhead College.
