Sie ergänzt die klassischen ITIL- & ITSM-Prozesse auf lokaler Ebene sowohl im Applikationsbereich als auch in KI-Projekten. Moderne Data Intelligence Plattformen wie ein Data LakeHouse wiederum sind die technologischen Hilfsmittel um zu lernen und auf Basis von Informationen effizient Entscheidungen zu treffen. Bisher hatte ich die Möglichkeit im Linienmanagement und in Digitalisierungsprojekten in verschiedenen Rollen zu arbeiten und Erfolge gemeinsam mit meinen Teams zu erzielen. Mit den Kollegen konnten wir neue Applikationslandschaften aufbauen, IT-Infrastruktur & Cybersecurity optimieren sowie IT-Strategien definieren und umsetzen.
