SIS8300 MTCA.4 digitizer card has been used as AMC in LLRF hardware in XFEL. This board has Xilinx Virtex -6 FPGA. Continuous radiation has an effect on the configuration memory of FPGA. Those effects are analyzed during this thesis and implemented the solution to decrease the effect of SEU error.
Getting familiar with DESY firmware. Xilinx tools (Planhead, Vivado, Signal Analyzer ) and hardware (Virtex-6,7 ,Spartan-6 , Ultrascale). Also, observe the working principle of XFEL and the hardware related to LLRF control
1. Develop a toolkit for getting sensor information and communicating with a server using Arduino. (C ++ programming language has been used to write a program for Arduino) 2. Developing Windows-based software to configure these tools. (C # programming language has been used to design the GUI interface. Design from the ground. It's now available for further development and testing).
